Shipping
US domestic shipping
You will receive an order confirmation email within 24 hours of your purchase.
You will receive an email notification once your order has been shipped. Please be sure to keep an eye on your inbox and allow up to 72 hours for shipping information. Note that we may experience delays during holidays and peak seasons.
Domestic ground shipping takes between 7-14 days to arrive.
Please be sure to send your order to a safe address. We are not responsible for stolen or missing items once your order has been shipped and delivered. It is not possible to change the shipping address once an order has been dispatched by the mail carrier.
International shipping
We currently do not offer international shipping. We are working hard to make it possible for our international friends to order. Please sign up to our mailing list for updates and releases.
Returns/Exchanges
Returns and exchanges are allowed under the following conditions:
The item was received less than 30 days ago.
The item has not been used.
Your product is still in its original condition.
Once a candle is burned, it will no longer qualify for a return
If you notice that your product is defected or damaged upon arrival, you can follow the return process. We require that you clearly provide detail on the damage at the point of your request. Please provide any information that could help us understand the reason of your return or any defects found on your product.
Please do not burn defected candles. If used candles are shipped back for returns we will not be able to process a refund.
30 Days to Return
Return and exchange requests after 30 days of receiving an item will not be accepted. Please allow 7-10 business days for approved refunds to be returned to the form of payment used for your purchase. You will be required to pay for shipping on all returns and exchanges.
